Some ancient Romans where great craftsman, making aqueducts, The Pantheon, the Colosseum, to name a few landmarks. They also already had apartment blocks, woven clothes, streetlights, central heating, concrete, a postal system, scissors and cork shoe soles.*

Near the Colosseum, at the Forum Romanum in Roma, this ruin can be seen. According to the sign near it is an old city-gate. It looks like it’s assembled from old pieces of temple. BC Superuse. Click on the picture to see it in detail.
